This Week's Sales and Coupons to Use

Here are some of the sales as well as some coupons to combine with them. I ramble on a bit, if you need to get right to the list scroll to the bottom. Coopers and Save On have 20lb bags of  russet potatoes for $4.99, making them a shy less than .25/lb. I am happy as we are down to our last 4 potatoes!They typically cycle again it October.
WF Frozen Vegetables are on sale, 2kg for $3.49 at both stores. WF Rice is on sale(at Save On only)8Kg for $6.99!Both stores have the cases of WF beans for $7.99, which is .67 for a 398ml tin.

At Superstore the Kellogg's crisps are $1.97. There is this mail out coupon for $1.50, making them just .47!!

Walmart has the Villagio buns for $2.47, the Black Diamond coupons had this .75 one. Making them $1.72. I just wondering where to buy this brand!

There are 2 different coupons for the Black Diamond Cheese Strings, one from the Black Diamond Cheese slices for $1 off. The other one pictured below is for buy one get one free, of course it is a better deal.

Walmart now has the Nestea for just $4.44! A great deal if it has the free case coupon! The Donatello's pizzas are on again for $2.47. They also have corn for .33 per cob, eggplant for .88/lb,  tomatoes for .77/lb. Kiwis are $1.47 for a 1lb bag, I don't know how many are in this bag, but if there are 6 or more it could be a good deal!

Superstore has V8 for $2.47, there is a $1 coupon making it $1.47.
They also have watermelons for $3.96. Broccoli for .96. Peaches for .96/lb. Daikon or Suey Choy .48/lb. eggplant .88/lb.

Walmart has Oasis juice for $2.48. There are the .75 coupons that were mailed out, making them $1.73. 

 At Superstore, Chunky soup is on 3/$4.95 There is a coupon for $1 off if you buy 4.

At Superstore

A case of Campbell's soup is $5.88. Again there is the coupon for buy 4 get $1 off.(These cases are the same price at Cooper's and Save On)

Lipton tea is $3.97. There is a $1 off coupon. Making it $2.97.

In the Smart Source insert today there is a coupon for $1 off Arm and Hammer toothpaste.
Superstore has it on for $1.37. Making it .37!!

This was a magazine coupon. $4.97 for 2 packages of 336g of cheese twists at Walmart.

Shoppers has Europe's Best Fruits on for $4.99. There are insert and websaver coupons. Making it $1.99.

Shoppers also has the Europe's Best Vegetables for $2.99. There is the websaver coupon for $2 off. Making them .99. Cavendish Farms Fries are $2.99. There are coupons for .50. Making them $2.49. 4L of milk is $4.49.

Superstore has Lady Speed stick on for $1.97. There are coupons for $1 off from inserts. Making them .97.
To avoid running to all these stores you can price match at Walmart or Superstore.Just remember to bring your flyers and your list. I think I might do the following...Shop at
