Creamy Pulled Pork

My sister in law, Lynn, is an amazing cook! She made this wonderful recipe using the on sale, from Costco pork! Here is her guest post! Thanks Lynn!
Defrost pork tenderloin.  Sprinkle top and bottom with salt, pepper, beef stock, and  herb & garlic seasoning.
If you do not have herb & garlic seasoning, use chopped fresh garlic, basil, and parsley.
Once covered, pat the seasonings and pork.  Place in crock pot and cook on high for 5-6 hours.

Once the pork has cooked, it should pull apart easily with 2 forks.
Keep it in the crock pot with juices as you pull it apart.

Once all pork is pulled apart, add 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup and about half a teaspoon of salt and pepper.
Turn the crock pot on low.
Give it a final stir and let it cook for 1 hour.

Serve over rice, pasta, or on a bun.  This has become a family favourite!
Hope you enjoy!
